弊社で、「タクシー検索 たくる」というサービスを運営しています。
「たくる」には、2種類ございまして、一般の方が使う「ユーザー版」とタクシードライバーさんが使う「ドライバー版」があります。
その、ユーザーアプリのAndroid版をアップデートしました。
新機能
– 料金計算ができない不具合を修正
– 住所を検索することができない不具合を修正
– Webサイトに接続する場合の接続先をSSLに変更
– Push通知の仕様を変更
– 位置情報の取得の仕様を変更
– 住所が〇〇区までしか表示されない場合がある不具合を修正
「タクシーって、乗りたいときに乗れないよね。（乗りたくない時いっぱいいるのに）」
みんなが感じている不満だと思います。
このアンマッチを解消するために、たくるはなんと、ガラケーの時代からサービスをやってました。
Uberなんてなかった時代からです。
実は、リソース不足、ビジネス上の理由（つまり儲からないｗ）から、たくるはサービス中止したほうがいいのでは… と何度か思いました。
今も、結局のところ、
「呼びたいときに呼べない問題」
はシステムでは改善できる問題ではないとわかっています。
日本では、乗りたい人に比べて、圧倒的にタクシーの数が少ないからです。
タクシー産業は政府に非常に保護されていて、それもおそらくよっぽどのことがないと変わらないでしょう。
政府も含めた、タクシー産業のプレーヤーさんの中には、
「タクシーはタクシーに乗りたい人のために存在しているわけじゃない」
と考える人が多くいらっしゃいます。
良い面も、悪い面もそこにはあります。
しかし、たくるって意外とまだまだ利用されているんですよ。
JapanTAXI、Uber、MOV、などのタクシーアプリってそこそこ浸透してきましたよね。先日、DiDiがついに日本でサービス開始…みたいなニュースもありました。
ですが、これらのアプリは加盟タクシー会社から、手数料を〇％取っています。
結構な額です。
たくるはなんと加盟タクシーさんは
無料
です。ユーザーさんからもお金を頂いていません。
なので、手数料を払えないタクシー会社さんや、地方のタクシー会社さんなどに利用して頂いているんですね~。
まだ「必要とされているシステム」だと認識しました。(`･ω･´)
「近いタクシー会社を検索する」という、ただのタクシー会社電話帳のようにも使えるので、そこが便利と言ってもらえる時もあります。⊂(^-^)⊃
旅行先とか、不慣れな土地で
「ここから近いタクシー呼びたい」
ってなった時に便利ですよ！
しかし、弊社の中のリソース足りない問題は全然、いかんともしがたく…。
結局、今回のアップデートは私がメインの業務の間などにやりました。
まさに、ザ・手弁当な感じです（笑）。
料金計算も…最低運賃410円とか間に合わせたかったんですが…今回のリリースには載せられませんでした。
GWだから、皆さんタクシーに乗る機会も多いかな？と思って、GW前に間に合わせたかったです！
